The Color imageRUNNER C5185i is equipped with a standard 80 GB integrated image server. This provides extensive possibilities for high performance document management and handling, making data exchange within a network easier and more efficient. It also enables copy reservation for up to 10 jobs - with no limit to the amount of images that can be scanned in continuously.

Canon assists you to manage your colour with an excellent Auto-Color sensing feature which detects and distinguishes colour and black-and white accordingly. So when colour is not inside the document then you do not have to pay for it.

With Canon’s exclusive Trace and Smooth PDF feature, text in the PDF files can be converted to outlines for sharper edges and is maintained even after conversion, creating high-quality PDF data and can be manipulated in Adobe illustrator®.

Breeze through complex tasks with Workflow Composer* which enables users to configure one button to perform multiple actions, such as copying, sending and storing the device in a single step.
