TASKalfa 5550ci Color MFP attains "Highly Recommended" and "Reliability Certified" ratings by BLI
KYOCERA MITA Corporation (herein "KYOCERA MITA") today announced that Buyers Laboratory, Inc. (BLI) awarded the TASKalfa 5550ci color Multi Functional Printers (MFPs) with its “Highly Recommended” and “Reliability Certified” ratings for efficiency and reliability.
Awarded "Highly Recommended"
The color MFP TASKalfa 5550ci endured BLI's rigorous two-month in-house evaluation, during which it was extensively tested for continuous printing, image quality, hardware performance and connectivity performance with various software. In consequence the TASKalfa 5550ci received BLI's 'Excellent' ratings for the following categories such as "Color Print/Copy and Black Print Productivity", "Reliability", "Value", "Ease of Network Setup" and "Applications Compatibility". Also it achieved BLI's highest lab test rating, 'Highly Recommended'; a designation reserved for the best all-around devices to enter the BLI lab.
Awarded "Reliability Certified"
The TASKalfa 5550ci received BLI’s ‘Excellent’ rating in reliability with new color and monochrome amorphous silicon drum yields at 600,000 impressions each, more than triple the average of competitive models.
